Vertical columns are packed with tight TMT rebar cages bound with binding wire. These cages are poured with concrete to create a composite pillar that resists both compression and lateral shear forces.
Floor slabs are reinforced with a mesh of horizontal TMT bars running in two directions. This two-way reinforcement distributes floor loads evenly to every column across all stories.
Bajrang Fe 500 TMT bars are made with a soft ferrite-pearlite core inside a hard tempered outer ring. This design lets bars flex under extreme loads without snapping — maintaining structural integrity under the highest stress.
